In Japan, there’s a slightly different approach to education than here in the States. As this instructional video shows, when Japanese women are confronted by evil-doers (one of whom seems to need a lesson in how to wear a bandana to properly conceal his identity) the easiest way to know how to confront them in English is to flash back to mnemonic jazzercise.

I was not aware of the English-speaking mugger epidemic in Japan. And it smacks of propaganda. The dumb, fat mugger could not even get the bandana on correctly. Ergo, all English speakers are dumb, fat muggers.
I see it as more like preparing Japanese ladies for a trip to America. I gather we have a reputation for violence.
