I can relate to a bit of your dilemma. Within 7 years of graduating college, I gained 50% of my previous body weight. Sitting on my arse at work all day and eating the garbage from the vending machines is no way to live.
I agree with James. I guess muscles have never been my thing, although they tend to show on my body because I have so little fat. Though I never diet and nearly never exercise, I have inherited excellent metabolism and am thus little more than mediocre muscles and a skeleton.

I agree with you James - I was too skinny. I want to shoot straight down the middle and hit an ideal weight of 230.
It’s probably going to take a couple years, but if I can just make some progress in the next few months I think it will be a great motivator.
