My apologies for providing so little content here of late. The fact remains that when I am writing here, I am not getting paid, and with lots of things tightening up on the financial side of life lately, that’s a much bigger concern.
I’m still posting fairly regularly at the Inside Catholic blog, and am trying to decide how much to shift my Catholic content there and leave this as a space to continue developing my other writing-for-sale.
Speaking of IC, there’s a great column today by John Zmirak that every American Catholic with neoconservative tendencies should read with an open mind. It’s good work, and well written (with a sense of humor to boot.)
I’ve had a couple columns of my own in the hopper lately, but with multiple re-writes and not much traction I’m afeared I’ve hit a big wall of writer’s block. Hopefully I can break through soon.
Things have been busy busy at the day job too. The noose of this economy is starting to tighten, and the effects can be felt everywhere.
Posting will happen here, therefore, at a more leisurely pace than usual. Prioritizing being what it is, this lil’ space winds up lower on the food chain than others.
