Summer Reading

Inside Catholic’s 2008 Summer reading list is online, and I contributed a few of my favorites.
In addition, I’d also recommend the intelligent, fun and fast-moving Chaos series by my fellow Virginian and Catholic John C. Wright, and the exquisite hard sci-fi Firestar saga from Michael Flynn. I’ve been tearing through both of these in the last two months, and am almost finished - always a sad moment.
If you want more good Sci-Fi, and haven’t ever read it, go get a copy of C.S. Lewis’s space trilogy. Amazing stuff - Perelandra is one of my absolute favorite works of fiction.
