Maybe we should consider being less antagonistic toward Russia. It’s just my opinion, of course, but I’d rather not see fissile material in the hands of Hugo “Castro Is My Hero” Chavez.

If Putin actually winds up doing anything as a result of the agreement, and there’s no guarantee that he will, he’s smart enough to keep a tight rein on his nuclear material.
